    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

📷 Required for Return

  • Send clear photos or videos of the item showing the issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product) to zfitflexshop@outlook.com

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping is free.

  • If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
